Legendary Mortgage was born out of frustration with the status quo. Our founder, Michael Fitzpatrick , saw too many hard working individuals from self-employed small business owners to seasoned real estate investors being unfairly rejected by traditional banks. These banks relied on rigid W-2 forms and outdated rules. We decided to create a solution a lending partner focused on seeing the entire financial picture. We pioneered a flexible approach, specializing in niche products like Non-QM and DSCR loans, ensuring that non-traditional income or complex assets are seen as strengths, not obstacles. Our story is simple: We exist to guide the deserving towards homeownership when others close the door.
